We're coming around to 100,000 replays uploaded (*cheers*) and we would like to commemorate that with a somewhat special event. What better way to show our appreciation to you guys and gals, that have been contributing to our site since it's launch, than to give away something cool?

You can check out all the features and specs of this puppy at Razer's Official Site. The big question you're all thinking is, how do we win? It's very simple, all you have to do is upload the 100,000th replay on SC2Replayed.com. That's it! No strings attached. We couldn't have made this such a great community without all the involvement from you guys. We do require that you live in the United States for shipping purposes (sorry!).
That's not all, though!
The winner will also win a 1 year Curse Premium Subscription! We'll also be giving away 1-month Curse Premium Subscriptions for the 4 users who upload replays just before 100,000, but only one prize per winner. (That's 5 total winners.)

We're working very hard to keep Blizzard's official maps updated on our site, but we can't do it without your help. If you have any official maps (from the 1v1, 2v2, 3v3, and 4v4 map pools) that aren't working for you, please, let us know in this thread. This will help us out tremendously.

I want to point out that, as the article points out, the keyboard will only be given away to the user who hits the 100,000th replay mark and lives in the US.
If the user does not live in the US, he or she will still get the 1-year Curse Premium subscription, and the runner up (before 100,000) will both the keyboard and 1-year premium subscription. The 4 subsequent uploaders will receive the 1-month premium.
Hope that isn't too confusing. Just ask if you have questions.

In other words, starting from 100,000 replays. The first US resident who uploads a replay will win the keyboard.
That is correct.
For example:
The 100,000th uploader is Korean citizen.
The 100,001th uploader is German citizen.
.... and so on
Until the the next US citizen lives in the US will win the keyboard.
But, the 99,996th, 99,997th, 99,998th and 99,999th winner will win a 1-month Curse Premium subscription, and for good measure, both the (actual)100,000th uploader and the one who takes home the keyboard will get a 1-year Curse Premium subscription.
